Muhammad Qaisar

Muhammad Qaisar is a Fellow with CEP focused on governing finance and the energy transition in Asia. He holds a master’s degree in public policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School at the National University of Singapore, as well as a master’s degree in economics from Quaid-I-Azam University and a bachelor’s in commerce from the University of Punjab in Pakistan. He is also bringing along multi-year experience in the governance of finance, including several years with the State Bank of Pakistan where he served as Assistant Director for sustainable and development finance initiatives.
