Sebastian Guo

Sebastian Guo was a Fellow with CEP where he focused on central banking. Prior to his time at CEP, he worked with Partners for a New Economy supporting organizations that foster innovation in economic thinking and practices. Sebastian received a Master of Philosophy from Yenching Academy, Peking University. His research during that time examined the modes of thinking in the Chinese and Western thought tradition through the idea of ‘nature’. Sebastian also holds a graduate degree from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and a BA from Utrecht University.
