Sebastian Guo

Fellow

Sebastian Guo is a Fellow with CEP where he focuses on central banking. Prior to his time at CEP, he worked with Partners for a New Economy supporting organizations that foster innovation in economic thinking and practices. 

Sebastian received a Master of Philosophy in China Studies with a focus on Chinese philosophy and economics from Yenching Academy, Peking University. His research during that time examined the modes of thinking in the Chinese and Western thought tradition through the idea of ‘nature’. Sebastian holds a Master of International Affairs from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and a BA with a major in economics and international relations from Utrecht University.
