Nirosha Elsem Varghese

Nirosha Elsem Varghese holds a PhD in Public Policy and Health Economics. She has previously interned at international institutions, including the OECD in Paris and the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) in Bonn. Her research focuses on policy analysis, health economics, and sustainable development.
