Clara Brandi

is a Senior Researcher and Project Leader in the Department “World Economy and Development Financing” at the German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE). Clara Brandi studied economics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität, Freiburg, where her Master thesis won the Friedrich-August-von-Hayek-Award. As Michael-Wills-Scholar, she completed the MPhil in Politics at the University of Oxford. She received her PhD from the European University Institute, Florence.
