Aaron Cosbey

is an Associate and Senior Advisor, Trade and Investment, as well as an Associate, Climate Change and Energy, at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD). He manages IISD’s program of work on trade, investment and climate change, and specializes in the areas of trade and sustainable development, international environmental governance, and climate change. He is a past Member of International Trade Canada's Market Access Advisory Group, a past Member of the Deputy Minister for International Trade's Academic Advisory Council on Canadian Trade Policy, and of the Minister for International Trade's Environmental Sectoral Advisory Group on International Trade.
